The comfortable beds and balcony in the room were great. The hotel's location next to Lake Geneva and the railway station provided fabulous views.- I enjoyed the convenience of Café C'chocolat, which was just a 5-minute walk away....

Generally, loved this 1st class accommodation with incredibly helpful staff at all-room service. The breakfast was magnificent with a bucket list view, the best I had in Montreux.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, with convenient parking on-site. The breakfast is magnificent and excellent, offering a stunning view for a memorable start to the day. The check-in process was smooth, and they also accommodated a late check-out for...  

Good bed, great breakfast, plenty of bathroom amenities, good location, nice view from the window and a nice panoramic restaurant.

The room had stunning views of Lake Geneva. The hotel's location in the center of Montreux was convenient.- The property was close to Restaurant 45 and the lake on the other side.

Every year in spring we are in this hotel for a few days. The restaurant/breakfast area has been rebuilt and the breakfast has improved a lot over the years, e.g. besides scrambled eggs there is also Rösti and best vegetables. A drink in the bar outside with a view of Lake Geneva is always fantastic.

In the meantime the staff speaks better English and is also much more service oriented. Nevertheless, there is still some room for improvement here. When we were there, there were some craftsmen on the way who also used the lift. Two lifts for a hotel of this size are not much anyway, so a better solution would have to be found here. Some guests were quite annoyed because they had to wait so long.

Beautifully restored and high-class hotel with very efficient staff at the reception desk, truly enjoyed our staying. The restaurant here was lovely with fantastic view, we both ordered delicious dishes. The view of the lake was worth every penny! The location was really very good for walking around a bronze statue.

Additionally, the hotel is close to Restaurant 45 and concerts, ensuring that guests have plenty of entertainment options nearby.

It is worth noting that there might be a minor inconvenience related to the limitations of the spa facilities, with slightly restricted opening hours. But overall, this hotel offers a fantastic experience with its prime location, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and delicious breakfast options.

The staff was willing but not very well informed. The size of deluxe room with a lake view was OK even if comfort is limited -double bed consist of 2 beds, small bathroom, fumes of kitchen on the balcony... Food variation in relation to the breakfast price is rather limited.

The hotel location is ideal as it is just a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal, railway station and dining options. We had a lake view room and although more expensive it was well worth the money as the view was amazing. The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard with a very modern feel. The room was very large, clean and well furnished and the free internet was a bonus. The hotel bar area has maginificant views over the lake and was a nice place to sit back and relax. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
